Halloween is but a few days away, you've carved up the pumpkin and sewn up the costume, but have you brushed up on your parapsychology lately? Well, the New York City public libraries have been collecting heaps of material on "alchemy, ghosts, magic, palmistry, witchcraft, UFOs, Bigfoot and yoga," as well as the "scientific investigation of clairvoyance, reincarnation and other     paranormal phenomena." If you're going to be a vampire you might as well be an authentic one.
