Unfortunately, we found these after Labor Day, but you should definitely put these topless flipflops on your Christmas wishlist. We're not sure exactly how these work but the Topless-Sandals website claims that they will stay attached to your foot for at least a year. They claim that the "sticky" won't leave any residue on your feet but we can't figure out why your foot would stick and sand wouldn't. Check out the video, it's kind of surreal - we would have liked to have seen more of the sandal and less of the guy's face but apparently they think that's what sells shoes-
(thanks our strange world)

I got a pair of these once, in Arizona. They were cool for about 1 hour, then they they didn't stay stuck to my feet. Who has time to wash the stickies 10+ a day?

I bought some of these YEARS ago, they were ok, you have to keep your feet dry and clean tho and the tiniest bit of dirt btwn them and your foot will undo the stickyness, kinda was a lotta bother, but you'll find out.

weird – how the heck do they keep it attached to your foot like that? What kind of sticky stuff can you possibly get that doesn't get dirty easily or that doesn't dirty your foot (or be dirtied by your foot?)
To be honest, I don't think they look too cool. They look wierd! Not much of a 'sandal' – more like a 'topless rubber' or just 'foot rubber' or 'soul' or something.
I'd be pretty freaked out to put something sticky under my feet and rely on it to be sticky all day-- freaky! If the other poster is correct, then needing to wash it sounds like an absolute bother. Maybe i'll skip these... but I definitely will tell my friends about them!
